Dr. Vinita Puri leads as Clinical Director at Resilience Counseling and Coaching Services, offering psychotherapy, mediation, training, and coaching to a wide range of clients. She also serves as a part-time faculty member for M.S. Psychology and DBA programs at Western State University, California.
Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Dr. Puri uniquely integrates Ayurveda and Yoga into her therapeutic approach. With a background in CBT and Relational Psychotherapy, Elena adopts a collaborative approach that encourages clients and patients to explore and redefine their personal narratives and relational patterns.
